Breath is not air - it's the interface between Reality and Illusion

In a world where internal space and external are subjectively and objectively subjected to constant information and processes of many kinds, an interface between complementary opposites helps bring attention and focus to what is not easily discerned between the grey lines. Breath is one such interface. Read on to know more.

I found this video on YouTube today: 

I tend to go at most videos, texts, content I find like a teacher with a red pen, when there are mistakes or interpretation of matter I found over 46+ years different from how they are spoken of in them (i have about 13+ years of professional experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist in a Medical Transcriptionist firm, so judgement, finding fault and then reach out to edit and correct course for the better comes more naturally than most people plus I facilitate health clinically, so there's a caretaker's perspective added in the tendencies).

Long story short, I have concerns/issues with the interpretations of the findings of the study mentioned in this video. Here are a few significant ones (coz its not everyday I find such study and I have had a lot of 'red pen' moments with it, I don't know if I would have to make a Blog Part 2 of it, but I'll try just Blog 1):

I am making bullet points only to what I have an objection to.

- The pathway isn't top to down, but down to top. Not as a receiver or something that happens to you but as a thing you connect with but it is not to make something happen, not to receive, but to say 'hello' to as in an interface - not to give or receive. Anything different would be akin to putting a cog in the wheel for you, imagination/illusion and reality as experienced by you, and karmic consequences follow.

- Conscious Breath would be apt for the technique discovered in the video - from a top to down approach. Down to top (what i call Nirbeeja Yoga®️) would be Healthier Natural Breathing and its more than conscious; it would be what affects conscious, subconscious, unconscious and supraconscious aspects of time. Not to change, alter yes, but alter as in shift reality as it is perceived - to finer. Not to tune in, but more to see/hear/smell/taste/feel/know how things are, like shifting veils over a window so the world outside can be 'sensed (see/hear/smell/taste/feel/know)' as is, and then choose based on appreciation of reality as is in the moment, as opportunities available to the one who in the present to change course for the better, and that changes 'future' for the better by Axiom Of Choice that adds/subtracts/multiplies/divides and compounds benefits over time, and then there is the next moment to choose better, if cumulative benefits are better than previous. Nirbeeja Yoga®️ enables conscious living, more than Conscious Breath.

- Conscious Breath may be 6 breaths per minute, but my findings through conscious living in studying and improving how-to of Nirbeeja Yoga®️ says counting breaths alters how breaths behave and puts a cog in what is possible, as in limits the range of outcomes possible from 'being' because of 'doing.' And there are many kinds of breathing, Nirbeeja Yoga®️ may be the fourth way mentioned by Sage Patanjali in his Yoga Sutra, in that it is effortless but 'effortless' means less effort. Some amount of effort is required in conscious living - a sort of passively active and actively passive - and both have their own unique benefits in briding gaps and gapping bridges that otherwise maintain errors from The Butterfly Effect. I call this code correcting aspect of Nirbeeja Yoga®️ as Prakriti.

- Breath as in a Tuning Fork for reality, yes, but Tuning Fork also creates Lissajous Patterns and Conscious Breath alters Lissajous Patterns by 'cog in the wheel' patterns of breathing, not afford 'unlearn-learn-relearn' benefits possible that changes the stories/blueprint that may have patterned into Lissajous over millenia of lived in experiences that may include survival patterns of fight/flight/freeze/dissociate, obstructing our ability to 'live' in the moment. History and Herstory doesn't move forward for the better without unlearn-learn-relearn regularly. And Breath Of Life affords it (natural information technology with antivirus included).

- It is where voluntary meets involuntary, the interface where consciousness meets matter, but it is not to control; more to uplift the downtrodden - tendencies for stories to move to depression without death touching substrate that intercepts/interprets, makes code corrections/repairs in DNA from a life-maintaining dharma and then reintegrate to better constructs of reality/history/herstory/mystory. Breath, then, becomes mu'sical (mushin - mind of no mind - when mu'sic informs harmony in the constructs of DNA from no tension and so Telomeres have longer function with less stress) from 'sic' of music being original codes of life as intended to be lived from within the physis of everyday living fabric'ing timespace or spacetime in biodynamic rhythms between Heliopause and all that there is.

- Breath isn't the control panel, but the interface between voluntary and involuntary, between microcosm and macrocosm - interface as in User Interface - where microcosm says 'hello' afresh to microcosm and appreciates the 'present' in the present moment like its another first moment in a long-time relationship, not to receive gifts or to give gifts, as in download-upload, but to reconnect with how things are and restore balance by a sort of osmosis if things have gotten imbalanced and more to not-'give and take' - to 'be' as in have an 'identity with an energy that is implicit in just having life and a human life at that,' not dog or cat or insect, as in A'lice in Wonderland or phthiriasis that Pherecydes of Syros (a teacher of Pythogoras) died of. There is this idea in The Upanishads by Ms Valerie Roebuck that as cycles of being and becoming continue, one could be born as an insect, gnat, worm, vampire or plant, human, alive forms based on content of the soul, as in 'the soul that has it in it to go up goes up and the soul that has it in it to go down goes down' and soul here refers to Breath Of Life that enlivens a cell/tissue as a societal organism that baseline membranes the fabric of timespace that's our individual/collective bodies where our DNA doesn't come from out of nowhere but a lived in evolution of life through eons of cycles of evolution and appreciated moment to moment or not based on impressions in the biophysiology of lived in everyday experiences that need regular daily repair for optimum maintenance, so waves of the ocean/oshin aren't choppy but pleasant and lap against timespace that is object and tangible particulars and waviculars.

I'll stop here in this Blog Part 1 before the video goes to 'quantum' stuff, which I will address in Blog Part 2 - for change in pace.
