Ever felt the upper part of your shoulder, upper back, sides of neck and/or back of head tighten and give you miseries?

That's the trapezius muscle giving grief from embryological and evolutionary histories all the way back from probably Archaeopteryx (dinosaurian ancestor who gave rise to avian birds of today) or older and Ray Fish in ancient oceans before evolution gave rise to humans who could walk on land.

Like a baby squirming from past-life memories, trapezius would like a little ease from craning around a neck peering onto a computer or a task in front of face. That slender neck of ours is not without support - has a ghost of a collateral network from where that trapezius muscle took shape. When trapezius gets uneasy, that may be ancestors that gave rise to trapezius squirming from where the muscle came from.

There is reference to air sacs in birds being aids to respiratory and vocalization processes. MITI's Logo has a space between the head dot and circumlocutory body standing en pointe, and am wondering about the ingenuity of the happy occurrence of that in our Logo by Intelligent Design. 

Here are some exercises that would help ease the trap in the trap'ez'ius. The trapezius may be trap'ez'ius muscle in that it may be designed to ease the trap or Adam's Apple or noose around the neck from the condition of having to keep the head upright against gravity - an evolutionary trait that's like a phone feature we don't know yet to use as well as it needs to be.
