It requires no instruments, tools, sounds, visualisations or external support - not even use of your hands once you learn the technique.
Your Belly Button is available to you 24/7, does not belong to anybody else, and you can learn how to take care of your life by being gentle, kind and mindful from the belly button up, just like your human body formed from inside the womb as you started out in life.
